Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum order required. Shipping costs are covered by us so you never pay extra at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. FurAway has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@furawayuk.co.uk and we will investigate with our shipping partner. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
